I don’t even know where to begin here. If I could post 0 stars I would. I wouldn’t let this company touch my daughter’s Malibu Barbie pool. Had them install a pool heater. Called them 4 times for the estimate and finally got it. Was told it’d be installed on a Friday but needed half payment first. Okay cool. Waited and waited for the bill. I had to call back the next day and ask to pay the bill. On Friday someone came and dropped off the heater. Didn’t tell us they were there or when they left. We had Fishel Pools open our pool this year and they have been doing weekly service for our pool for several weeks now. We are so happy with their service, communication and prompt attention to any issues we have. The owner is awesome to work with and I am so happy!

In my experience, individuals have conducted business while smoking and leaving cigarette waste around the pool and workspace. Glass has been dropped into the pool, and equipment has been left at times unattended. I believe this creates an unprofessional reputation, experience, and safety concern for those interacting with the company. When maintenance is needed in the pump room representatives have arrived past stated times and have left without fulfilling the job or communicating clearly to those who are guarding and helping to sustain the pool functions. Fishel pools took such great care of us! We purchased a new home (as is )that came with an in-ground pool which was exciting until we realized the shape that it was in! They put in a brand new floor, liner and came out to our house more times than I can count to get us up and running!! Great company! Highly recommend!!!!

Craig and Ryan Fishel built our pool at our lake home they made construction an enjoyable experience. The finished project is absolutely beautiful. The person from Fishel Pool that maintains our pool, Brice Lacy is a perfectionist and it is always clean and crystal clear. We have had several pools over the years but this company is the best. I highly recommend them.

The Fishel’s are such wonderful and down to earth people who know all things about pools and making a pool a reality. Highly recommend for luxury custom pool design, pool repairs and weekly maintenance service if you have a pool.

Ryan Fishel is the only guy you need to call with pool concerns. We bought a house ehere the pool was not kept perhaps as well as it should have been. It had a mesh top. The mesh top seemed to be largely symbolic as all sorts of debris managed to settle in the pool. It took him a few trips to get it scooped out and the chemical balance where it needed to be. But Ryan was exceptionally responsive as we learned the ins and outs of pools. At the end of the season, Ryan suggested a hardcover which turned out to be cheaper than I would have expected.
