Customer Feedback Regarding Dolphin Pool Robot Purchase I recently purchased a Dolphin pool cleaning robot based on the recommendation of your staff, who assured me that it was capable of cleaning the deep end of my pool. However, after running the unit six times over the course of three days, I found that it did not adequately clean that area. I wish I could give 0 stars. We dropped off our pump and they said they would have their mechanic take a look at it. Two weeks went by, no phone call. We called numerous times for an update. Finally when we called the third time, they said the mechanic hadn't had a chance to look at it because he's been "busy on jobs" but that it "looks like it needs extensive work, and we might need a new one". So which is it? He didn't have time to look at it? Or it needs extensive work? We finally told them to forget it and we wanted to come pick it up. They said they would leave it "out back" for us to pic…

I had my liner replaced through Dolphin and I can’t be more happy with the service, communication and the care that I received. Replacing a liner is very stressful and trusting the people that do it for you is huge. Highly recommend !

The negative reviews have to be a case of mistaken stores. As an inground pool owner of over 20 yrs. I can assure you dolphin is the best there is. So either wrong store or the people leaving negative reviews don't know what they are talking about. Oh and a reminder. Pools are expensive to maintain. It's not the stores fault if you can't afford it!
