As you may know during the covid pandemic new pool construction went through the roof! I called multiple pool builders in the Sacramento area with some, (sac pool pros) telling me they wanted 1,000 dollars just to come to my house for a quote. The pool builders that did come to my home were giving me ridiculous quotes when they found out I had minimal (less than 6 feet) side access. In came Oscar with Dolphin Pools and Spa. Dolphin Pools played a major role in getting our owner-builder pool construction completed. They did the excavation, plumbing, electrical, and steel in the middle of winter allowing me to pass inspection with flying colors and get the gunite done in an unbelievable amount of time. I contracted Dolphin Pools as an owner / builder and Oscar walked me through the process very thoroughly. He delivered all his services and materials as described, on time with no surprises. The workmanship was top notch and I saved thousands of dollars on concrete, tile, coping and the rest by opting to contract directly with his company. 5am banging and hammering on a pool they are building in my neighbors backyard. No concern for people sleeping or for the neighbors around them. They were addressed and they just kept working like they could care less
