I have been using Dolphin Pools for @20years. The team has always been able to solve my problems quickly. About 4 years ago our pool went through major renovation. Concrete steps were installed in the shallow end to help ease access - great investment as we no longer have to use the ladder access. The white liner produces a "polar blue ice water" look that I love! They sent the masons to lift and install +/-300lb bluestone slabs (36inx36in) as coping with double bullnosed edges. Quite disappointed with what transpired. I told my daughter to call them to open her pool because I'm not familiar with her setup. She called them because she had used them in the past. 2 very nice young men showed up, took the cover off, unplugged the winterized pieces, put the drain plugs in and assembled the little salt water unit and the motor. Dumped around 5 gallons of algaecide and a gallon of shock in record time and left with no further instructions! Never questioned or looked into the filter itself. We had a fantastic experience with the team at Dolphin Pools. Jeff came right over and addressed an issue I was having with my valve and installed a new one in the spot. It was easy to schedule with their team, and everybody was very professional including the team that opened the pool.

My first time using dolphin pools for an opening Paul and Joe came out. They were very professional and Paul was very thorough. Would recommend 100% will definitely be using them from now on.

Have been a customer for chemicals and some services for more than 20 years. BUT just a week ago we had them change our liner. Let me tell you, they went beyond expectations!! What a great job and very efficient/ professional! We were speechless when we got home from work and it was done and operational!
