Quick, fast, and very professional. Reached out about pool issue when our older equipment went out, and Jared was at my home that evening to get me and my family back up and running to enjoy our pool. He was very knowledgeable, explained what was going on, and what DPK could do to get new equipment recommended. Everything works great, was super competitive, and has been much easier to maintain our pool. Highly recommend reaching out to DPK for any pool build or renovation needed. A+ in our book

We absolutely love our pool! Doug and his crew did an amazing job! The design is what we fell in love with cause it was so different than any other pool we had seen before. The added toe tile is just that extra attention to detail that really makes the pool something special! The only regret we have is we didn’t go bigger! Would love to work with Doug in the future. We went with DPK pools, and they absolutely made our dreams and kids so happy it was better than expected. DPK Pools did an outstanding job both designing and building our backyard pool. Doug is experienced and knowledgeable; he’s also well-connected as a contractor to various pool-related technicians such as plumbers, electricians and landscapers.

Non Existent Customer Service. Sent an email request in November from there website and got a form error. Sent them an email letting them know, still no response. Tried again in December, form still doesn't work. Tried Facebook and STILL NO REPLY. Its like they aren't interested in getting work. So I gave our $117,000 (cash) pool job to another company that was easier to get in touch with.

Doug did a great job designing exactly what I wanted, very easy to deal with. A year later he still answers my texts promptly even while on vacation when I have a minor issues with things I’m doing wrong… highly recommend him!
