We could not be happier with our experience with Dreamscape Pools. Dale and his team took our vision and turned it into the backyard we had been hoping for. From the first design conversations all the way through construction, inspections, and even our first pool opening and closing, they were responsive, organized, helpful, and reliable. Dale and James were great to deal with. My pool was installed about two years ago and it was a challenging build because I live in close proximity to the water. Overall, the project went wonderful, and my family is super happy with the pool. Since then, I’ve needed assistance and both Dale and James have been over-the-top helpful going above and Beyond. Recently, I had an urgent situation with an upcoming family function, and the dreamscape team helped me within just a few hours. Would recommend them to anybody.

This review is a year late. And what a year it has been. April 2024 my new pool was officially ready. The journey started Oct 2023 and was so much fun during construction. Dale, Howard, and James and the entire Dreamscape family were great to work with. I asked a LOT of questions and they all helped me understand; so much patience. Buyer beware!! Where to start? Keep in mind my pool was done in spring of 2022. 1) Dreamscape thought it was ok to leave rocks over 1 foot long all over my yard for their grading after the pool. I was told It was up to their standards. The hole they had to dig was nothing but rock, but instead of telling me that what would be spread all over my yard would be boulders and that I should consider bringing in dirt, Dreamscape thought it would be acceptable to just spread the rock. 2) I have mismatched fencing in my yard because I agreed to have 2 different pieces instead of having the whole thing…

Dale, James, and the Dreamscape crew are truly amazing! Our pool was complete within 8 weeks. The process was so easy. They were so kind and helpful along the way. We got constant updates of where they were in the construction and who would be in our yard tomorrow. When reaching out to them, Dale & James are always quick to respond.
