Choosing a pool builder isn't easy. It's a large purchase & expectations are high. Gary and Martin exceeded those expectations. Our pool has been open for 2.5 weeks and we couldn't be happier. Gary's professionalism was refreshing in a world that could learn a thing or two about customer service from him. We trusted Brighton and they delivered our dream back yard.

I wanted to extend my thanks to Brighton Pools for the great job they did on my pool remodel. My pool is a 25-year-old gummite pool that needs a lot of work. It needed new coping stone, water line tile, skimmer, and new plaster to get it back to new condition. Gary with Brighten Pools kept me informed the whole way through, and most importantly stayed on schedule. There was a lot to this job, but Brighton Pools got it done in record time. I am very happy and satisfied with the experience of working with Brighton Pools. The communication was excellent and the installation team was very professional. I could tell they had years of experience and they patiently answered all of my questions. One recommendation I have for customers is to be patient with the actual scheduling of the installation.

We had a fantastic experience with Brighton Pools when they installed our new pool liner in July 2025. From start to finish, everything went smoothly and efficiently. The crew arrived right on time, and to our amazement, had the entire liner installed in just an hour and a half. Needed a vinyl liner replacement. Quickly responded to queries!! Great workmanship and friendly staff!! Provided lots of suggestions for liners and repairs possible as part of pool renovation. Price is comparable to other companies but slightly less. Not a bad thing but good to know that they only take e-check from a checking or savings account. They did such a great job I had them help me replace pool cover, filter, and multiport valve.

We got new coping, tile and plaster for our pool. All the work performed was high quality. The workers were very professional and prompt. Gary was helpful with his explanations of the process and timing of the work. We would highly recommend Brighton Pools.

Brighton Pools did a wonderful job! We needed a new, custom safety cover. Gary worked with us on material and color choices. Throughout the process he kept in touch to provide updates on the the process. We received the cover when it was promised and they winterized and closed the pool. Great company and customer service and looking forward to working with him next year and going forward!
