They relined the pool and were very attentive and caring. They came back for thorough visits more than twice and made appropriate suggestions to make our liner last longer and to help us enjoy our pool more. They were very pleasant and kind. We are grateful for their service. We will always use them for our service.

They did an excellent job. They fixed my pool leak quickly and professionally, and after seeing the quality of their work, I even switched to them for my winter closing. Although they mixed up the appointment a couple of times and came on a different day, their professional work more than made up for it, and they truly deserve 5 stars. Highly recommended.

I’m always completely honest when leaving a review. We needed to replace our custom pool liner. We got several quotes. From start to finish Drewnowski was awesome to deal with. Started with Bob who helped us through the right liner for our needs. Julie, the service manager…can’t say enough about her! She did everything to make sure we were happy, even after the fact when we had filter issues. Highly recommend…and I’m very picky 😊

I don’t even know where to start with this review. I absolutely cannot recommend Drewnowski enough for your pool and hot tub issues. I have had many issues with a brand new spa, and it was totally baffling to everyone that I spoke to about it. I had about a dozen calls into different service providers, and not one of them answered the phone except Bob at Drewnowski. He took time with me on several occasions, troubleshooting and trying to help me the best he could to get my spa up and running. Everyone that works here is customer focused (laser focused) and so if you're looking for a pool company with excellent customer service then look no further. From my personal experience: Moved into a home with a pool that needed to be maintained and this company was able to fit me into their schedule. They answered every single question my family had in person at the office, over the phone, and on-site. The technicians I've interacted with are all professional and knowledgeable.
