We absolutely love our new backyard Oasis. We have been talking with Josh at DRS for five years now and finally decided to pull the trigger and put the pool in. The project took about two months and couldn’t have went smoother. Thank you so much to Josh and team for making our dream backyard come to life. I highly recommend DRS!

DRS are the consummate professionals. They did a very thorough evaluation, set up a realistic timeline, stuck to it, and the entire installation went off without a hitch! Josh, Alex and Jax were extremely helpful and supportive. Anyone looking for a pool installation would do well to receive an estimate and/or bid from this establishment!!! Purchased home with pool that DRS had installed. Scheduled them to open pool mid-May of this year. Ran into issues getting pool and spa running including plug stuck in spa. DRS left with things not in working order and stated they would return to address. Nearly a month later, they have not been back and haven’t contacted us. Would not recommend for service. Update: 6 weeks and still no contact from DRS.

DRS has been great to work with from start to finish, Design, installation and general use and maintenance, they are very responsive, when contacted with question and concerns, this is my first pool experience but I feel like the prices are within reason. We are entering our second season with the pool and have been very pleased with our choice to hire DRS

DRS did a great job. It took awhile but we are so happy with our pool. An improvement suggestion is better communication is needed with customers. Alex keeps things together very well. She deserves a raise!! We had a few snaffoos. And cleanup of concrete in the pool was a little scary but it all came out in the end. Yes the process could be better. I would suggest a “pool final review”at the end of of construction- do an initial cleaning (us cleaning up all the cement dumped in our pool was insane) and an overview of equipment, and most importantly an opportunity to review the build and correc…

EDIT: In response to my review for DRS Pools, notice how they did not address the FALSE statement that they had already applied for our permits as the reason he could not refund my deposit! That along with being treated poorly is why I would not recommend business with them. On my deposit yes I know what I signed, but I did not know my Dad would get sick that summer and it would be his last, my life was a mess and instead of being understanding, DRS Pools LIED about a permit they DID NOT PULL for our work. fantastic pool and landscape company. they built us a beautiful pool and surrounding deck that is just awesome. they also worked weekends, nights, etc., to make up for lost time caused by excessive rain! Communication with them thru the project was prompt, easy and productive.
