I can’t say enough great things about Dunota Pools. From Gustavo (sales) to Marco and Leo (construction), and the amazing ladies in the office—our entire experience was excellent. I’m a very hands-on customer who asks a lot of questions, and their constant communication and willingness to listen meant everything. Construction is never perfect, but Dunota handled every step professionally. We had a few small fixes during the build, and they took care of them right away. I had one of the worst contractor experience with Dunota Orlando. Our old pool was leaking, so we decided that we will fix the leak through a complete remodeling and modernization of the pool. The contract was signed in May 2024, the work was completed in March 2025, when Duonta told us it would be a 8-10 weeks job. We spend two summers without the pool, but worse, our yard looked like a battle zone for months. They removed the pavers, but then it took several months before the new pavers were installed. their company dropped a bunch of junk out of the back of their trailer and acknowledged it. They damaged my son‘s car after they acknowledge it then they change their mind and don’t wanna pay all the damages. I would never use this company I live in a prestigious community has a lot of pools and people looking for pools that will be the number one company I would say not to use because they don’t stand by their word.
