Very friendly and knowledgeable sales associates. They run your pool water through the tester that is connected to a computer and print out the results to take home with you. The results tell you what your pool needs and they have the chemicals available to buy.

Very poor service, not provided service I asked for, lied about quoted price, very rude when you try to talk to them about it, they won't listen to you at all, they dont care to keep their customers happy or take care of them. Also just show up when they want, I scheduled a time for a purpose, they just showed up hrs before the window of time they were supposed to.not a nice place to do buisness with go somewhere else.

I bought my winter cover from these people. I couldn't be more satisfied. They came out and measured even came back with the factory rep to remeasure to make sure everything was right. They also gave me a heads up to order before the price increase. The cover came in and they stored it for me until the install. The two guys Keith and I believe his name was Jim were awesome workers. They kicked butt from the time they pulled in till the time they left. They were conscientious about every move. The guys came and we talked for about 30 and they left. No digging was done and then I got a bill of $200+ for services rendered. Nothing was repaired! I was unaware that there was a service charge. When I called they never told me that. I’m a little disappointed that they were unprepared for my issue. I still have a broken pipe that’s sucking air.
