We have been customers of Lowry for almost 20 years when they first installed our pool. They have come out to open and close each year, and we always get our chemicals from them as well. They have always been great and we absolutely love them!

Jason gets perturb if my pool is not crystal clear and so do I. I swim laps almost daily. It bugs him if pools aren’t perfect, seriously this guy strives for perfection and he attains it. His mom gets on us if we are not keeping our side of the bargain up. She will chew us out, but it’s all good my pool is perfect from April to October. I appreciate you Jason. Bellinger-O’Malley.

Super cool little family shop. A little pricey compared to other stores, but The prices are decent for a family run shop. I was very impressed with this selection and convenience.

This company installed a new pool heater in my girlfriend’s pool in late April 2025. On June 7, 2026, we noticed the pool couldn’t get up to temp. We called Lowry Pools and it took the 3+ weeks to send someone out to look at the heater. The technician from Lowry Pools was there 20 minutes (on camera pull in the driveway to pull out of the driveway) to tell us the heater is broken, no warranty coverage and it’s $7500 to replace it. “Should we place the order?” What a crook!!! The woman we spoke to refused to look up any of our installation records, wouldn’t talk about warranty repairs and only…
