I’ve had the pleasure of working with Edgewater Pool for the past six years. They do an excellent job of keeping my pool clean and sparkling! And all at a very reasonable cost. DD is my personal contact with them, and she and her crew respond to any of my questions or concerns immediately. I have never been disappointed. I highly recommend them.

Our experience has been excellent! We have a gorgeous new pool, hot tub repaired, and they fixed our old pool equipment! This is a top notch company with a quality product! Best pool cleaning service in Tallahassee and I have now used their services for several years. Since DD & Brent have been taking care of our pool, it is always clean, clear, and blue. In addition, if there are any needed services for the pump, motor, or filter, they are responsive, reasonable, and always have a solution to best suit or needs and situation. We had our pool liner replaced by Edgewater Pool Service and are very pleased. Our liner crew of AJ and Adam was prompt, communicative, professional and courteous. I would recommend Edgewater for any pool service you may need.

The knowledge, expertise and service that Dee provided to get my pool looking great are much appreciated. After 20 years of pool ownership, I like to think that I know a lot about maintaining my pool, but Dee and her crew taught me stuff that I never even thought about! I highly recommend Edgewater.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Very disappointed as company was recommended by our designer but will definitely be reporting back with negative experience all around. Completely unacceptable and aggressive, rude behavior! Service person entered through back newly installed door just this morning which still has the plastic on it without ringing door bell or confirming entry - caused misalignment. Seemed bothered we were surprised to find her in our yard. We explained that aside from door, we have dogs that were luckily inside but will bite if surprise so we please ask people confirm …

My liner of 16yrs had to b replaced. AJ and Adam were friendly as they did their job. Both were knowledgeable and answered my questions. My pool looks great! I would recommend them!
