Early Fall in 2025 I cold called Premier Pools of Tallahassee about a pump/filter issue. Steve was out first thing the next morning. Diagnosed the problem. Told me what to buy and showed me how to replace/repair it. Local pool supply company didn’t have the part. Called Steve. He checked with his supplier and called me back right back. I’ve used them for both commercial properties and my residential pool, and they’ve consistently exceeded expectations. When my mom's older vynil pool had severe issues, Steve came in person and walked her through the pros and cons of keeping it. Confident in the decision to fill it in, Steve was quick to schedule within a month and completed the job in less than 2 days. He was diligent in the care of her property by not allowing huge equipment and even pressure washed the driveway when done.

Firstly, we had an issue with our pool liner that was installed by another company. When we contacted them, they wouldn’t always come out and or they did not work to correct the problem. When Premier Pools of Tallahassee inspected it, they informed us that the liner was too small and this is the reason why it was ripping. They sold me a replacement liner at cost and discounted the labor. Since then, we purchased a Primo Grill. When we recently decided to purchase an outdoor kitchen, we had Steve and his crew come to assist with mounting the grill. They realized that the grill could not fit wit…

They were comparable to other companies for a replacement liner and heater. Not good a communication but got the job done early, professionally and with an excellent team. I also switched to their pool services and got my pool crystal clean in less than a week after months of cloudy water from prior company.
