Turned out calling the wrong pool company wasn’t a mistake at all! Jeff and his whole team have taken care of me when I was ready to give up, they have extensive knowledge and have been patient with teaching me the “pool” ropes. Although we live outside of Tallahassee and have to pay more, they have more than made up for it in doing work the right way. I have been looking for someone to do it right, and Swain pools seems to be it! Thanks again, Jeff, Jay, Heather and Daniel!

Swain pools did an excellent job repairing a leak in our spa. Service was prompt and efficient. The technician was very knowledgeable, personable and provided great customer service. We are very happy with our choice to use Swain.

We needed to get weekly service for our pool. Just too much to handle on our own, pool kept going from green to clean. We contacted Swain Pools to set up a weekly service. The person I talked to on the phone was knowledgeable and courteous. They sent out their cleaning crew who had great recommendations and were a pleasure to deal with. I look forward to using them in the future for upcoming projects.

I contacted them first thing on a Monday about my pool pump going out and I was so worried because I was getting ready to have a pool party Saturday and they were able to come out that same day! They diagnosed the problem and the next day they were able to change out the motor. The owner Mr Swain was wonderful, he contacted me daily to let me know the updates of the problems and his solutions. He delivered salt and other chemicals needed for the pool and even took the water to be tested for me on his own accord to then give me an update about how my pool was doing. I called to request a service appointment for a diagnostic inspection of our pool. The person I spoke with, Courtney, was rude and raised her voice during the conversation. As a result, they lost a potential customer. I'm glad I found out before hiring them that this is how they treat their customers. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Fantastic resolution to leaks and problems that have persisted for decades. I tried other leak detection companies and none were able to locate the problem. Great workers, good communication and I’ll share their name with anyone with a pool issue.
