We had Elliss to construct a wheelchair ramp for us, re-clad our chimney, remove & replace siding on our dormers, close up many gaps where critters were able to enter, remove a balcony, replace windows and replace french doors into a window, so some drywall work inside and replace three huge deck supports that they noticed were splitting & not done properly by a previous builder. Edit: Eliss installed a bathroom for us 2 years ago. The installation went well. The workers were nice, however, the plumber was sloppy and botched a few things. A few months outside of their "12-month guarantee," we started noticing large mildew marks by the shower near the bottom trim. We understood we were a couple of months outside of the warranty, but wanted them to come take a look, because after doing some research, we were fairly certain the shower had been installed incorrectly (most manufacturers of multi-piece showers do not advise the use of caulk because the caulk blocks the dra…
