I recently hired excel to replace my old pool heater, pump and install a new digital control panel. They did a great job, showed up on time, completed job quickly and cleaned up my pool equipment area as promised. Although I had a few quirks with the control panel, they quickly followed up and are working out the issues. From the owner, installers to the office personnel, I found them all very courteous, professional and responsive. Excel Pool has been our pool and spa service for more than twenty years. They are a company that has earned our trust and admiration both for the quality of their service and their reliability. When we needed our heater and pump replaced they were there with recommendation as to which would work best for us and made sure that we got the best price for pump and heater instillation. We can set our clock each week as to when our service man is to arrive. He is always on time, polite and knowledgeable. I have been a client for years and when I need new equipment they are very responsive. The weekly service is horrible. They clean my filter in the pea gravel dog run rather than the dirt a few feet from the filter. I have had to clean up after them and replace the pea gravel each time. After complaining the response was basically a who cares if we damage your property… Zero customer service

I have Excel Pool servicing my pool for many years. They are reliable show up every week, have done a good job of keeping my pool in good condition. When there is a problem, they always send technicians with good knowledge and fix the problem right away. I had several other companies serving my pool before I signed up with Excel Pool. So far, they are the best.

When I purchased my house 19 years ago, I loved the house but, not being a big pool user, I was disappointed it had a pool. My real-estate person said, "Just call the man and he will take care of it!" The man was Excel Pool and they have serviced my pool ever since and I am pleased with their service. They have not only been reliable but they have made recommendations that kept the pool and its associated equipment in good working order and significantly reduced its power usage.

They sent me an insane bill ($900+) for just one time pool cleaning and put charges everywhere. Started the project by reading good reviews, but now they bite me back with an insane bill.
