We had a very disappointing experience with this pool service company. The initial installation was extremely expensive, yet they never properly explained what equipment they installed, how the system worked, or what maintenance was required. It felt like they just wanted to finish the job and move on. Looking back, the equipment they recommended was clearly not the best solution for our pool and situation. Ismael & Supreme swimming pools have been maintaining our pool and spa for almost 9 months now. Ismael has also taken on a large-scale and phased renewal of most of our pool equipment, including upgrading to a high-efficiency variable speed pump, changing out our almost-20 year old controller with a new Pentair Intellitouch and more.
