This company is wonderful. Christian came out with one day notice and fixed a problem that we’ve had for months that nobody else was able to or wanted to address on our pool heater. And he actually left the space cleaner than when he started. I highly recommend this company. They are a pleasure to work with.

Optimum has kept our pool clean and looking great for years. When the pool pump died, they were able to recommend and quickly install a new one right away.

I contacted multiple vendors to make repairs to my cedar tub's spa controller and heater and Christian was the fastest and most courteous response I received. Christian inspected and replaced my unit for a very reasonable price. He is honest, hard working and intellectually curious. He did not try to upcharge me for parts, but instead showed me where to order the parts. Once the part arrived he came back and installed the system for me and everything worked flawlessly. I like that Optimum is a local business and family run. The owner, Christian, is a very professional, trustworthy, decent human being who truly cares about his customers, the quality of workmanship and reliability on appointments. I’ve been using his services for some time now and everything has been seamless, clean and well taken care of. I used to do all the chemicals myself but realized this is a job for professionals who know what they’re doing. Five stars *****
