Had a great experience collaborating with Sorin and his team to help me renovate my house. From earthquake retrofitting and structural reinforcements to a new garage slab, drainage, and beautiful hardwood floors, they handled everything efficiently and helped me land on time. Sorin sent his architect Kasia to first talk about design options for adding a kitchenette to create an ADU. Kasia was thoughtful and careful in her plan. Then Sorin sent an estimate which was thorough and very fair in its price and scope. I talked with Sorin about possible modifications and he took the time needed to talk through my concerns. It’s no wonder he has all 5 star reviews! And I add mine. I highly recommend Feraru & Assoc

Sorin and his team recently replaced our rotted balcony with a beautiful new steel and redwood deck. It was a challenging project with very difficult access to the work site, cumbersome and heavy steel beam and posts, and of course the chaos of a global pandemic. Sorin and his crew completed an extreme makeover to our beautiful home. The project was finalized in almost 4 months. His designer/architect was a real problem-solver and a very talented designer, and she helped us with city permits. The crew was just amazing to work with; responsive and easy going, always on time, and eager to please. Sorin was also a fantastic problem-solver—we received good advice, and the overall cost was more than reasonable. We are happy we decided to work with him, and we are happy to recommend him.

The kitchen remodel which Feraru & Associates did for us was carried out expediently, professionally, & skillfully. Guidance from concept to finalization phases got us to a guest-wowing space we’ll enjoy for a long time.
