I had an excellent experience with OT Bay Builders for my small-ish kitchen remodel, including new cabinetry and countertops. The project PM Steve was thorough, helpful, personable, clear, and available throughout the project, the team was friendly, clean, responsive, and efficient, the communication was excellent throughout, and the project was delivered on time and on budget. It was a huge relief to count on this team to deliver services as promised, on time. All the workers, without my asking this, took off their shoes in my typically no-shoes household! I recommend OTBB 100%!
