I had an excellent experience with Five Star Pools. Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish. As a commercial pool manager, I was especially impressed with how efficiently they replaced a vinyl liner, ensuring everything met DOH approvals. They are highly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get us ready for the season. I highly recommend them!

Great experience with five star pools. Vanessa and staff helped with everything and made the experience a breeze. Most companies have horrible communication, but five star was excellent the entire time. I had asked about acid washing my pool with very bad stains instead of spending thousands for new plaster because the home would eventually be a rental. They were completely honest and gave the odds of acid washing working. In my case I was lucky and it worked great, but they came 3 times to make sure every inch of the pool was as clean as could be. I had the pleasure of working with shia on a recent commercial spa, and I must say, it was a seamless and professional experience from start to finish. They handled all the necessary DOH approvals and permits with ease, ensuring that our project was completed on time and within budget. Fantastic pool service, repair, liners, opening and closing. They have helped us troubleshoot problems with just a call and installed a durable and beautiful new liner and Pentair heater. The owner is attentive and genuinely cares about his customers.

I hired this “company” for my family’s new pool. They charged us for opening the pool even though we had already opened it ourselves but we agreed to it because there could be other maintenance and services needed as new owners of this pool. They came twice after the initial cleaning early June and then they stopped showing up. There was ZERO communication for weeks. Our pool turned green. Getting it cleaned up and completing the repair we paid for took weeks. The pool was unusable for all of July. ***** Great service (and maintenance) Had good experience in the past, professionally installed a liner and pool heater, but they're no longer doing maintenance. Though as a courtesy you should at least return calls.

Five Stars Pools is an honest and reliable business. They turned our old pool into a brand new beautiful pool. We used then again to install a pool heater. We would use them again if needed. Thank you, Five Stars Pools! Job well done!
