They remodeled our pool and we're loving it. Jennifer in the office was excellent on the financial side of things. Victor was very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs and concerns. He jumped through hoops like a pro! We have new plaster, tile and coping on the spa. They added umbrella sleeves on the deck. Loving my tan! Scheduling was tuff, with many factors outside our control, originally planned for June start, they actually started in August and finished in 3 weeks.

Five Star Pools turned out 20+ year old pool into one that looked brand new. Top notch workmanship from the crews and their work ethic was outstanding. Victor and Will were very helpful and kept us informed throughout the process. We are so happy with the outcome.

I have hired several different pool companies, and the water always looked murky and was dirty. I gave the guys at five star a shot, and last week I voiced some concerns and issues I was having they came out and found there was a tear in the filter already, and one of the valves was not closing all the way their attention to detail has our pool looking better than it ever has.

This company does a terrible job servicing pools and has caused damage to my property. I have contacted them multiple times to cancel and they ignore my contact and continue to charge my credit card for service they are not performing. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR PROPERTY OR CREDIT CARD!

Will @ Five Star worked with us on resurfacing my 17-year old pool. Great quality and service, craftsmanship; was detailed and met our expectations. Pool looks great again! Communication on this job was great and crews kept to the construction schedule. 5 stars for sure. After the resurfacing work, I needed a new computer. The issue was identified and Will worked a lot of options before settling on a new computer being needed. There were some other tech/personnel issues that caused the work to be delayed longer than needed. Once getting the right attention, Will was able to come out and…

Update: 2025 summertime. These liars didn't fix a problem, just blocked off 2 pool jets and charged me for repairs of a "leak" that was never there. And Will, called me, said "oh we found a second leak" (of course I was oot and he couldn't send me photos or proof) and said we can just cap off the jet if you want. I said Absolutely NOT, (THAT MEANS NO). TOLD HIM I want ALL the pool jets to be working. Then in July, when I got my pool running ( by hiring another pool company) I realized they had blocked off 2 jets. I tried to reach out, but guess who changed his phone number? Minus 20 score!!…

What a great experience we had with Will and his team. Great service, very prompt and extremely knowledgeable. We appreciate all you guys do and will continue using this company for as long as I own a pool.

I do Not recommend this business at all! Horrible service and the absolute worst at communicating. Will never call him again.
