From start to finish FLA Pools delivered on everything perfectly. The company exceeded our expectations to be honest. Choosing a pool company is certainly a hard task, but starting with our Sales Rep, Claire, FLA Pools quickly became our top choice. Claire was helpful, responsive, but not pushy. She checked in and gave us time to think about what we wanted. We appreciated that FLA pools was not aggressive with their sales. Kris was our project manager and he was awesome. FLA pools did a good job on my pool. Tonya, Don, Ron and Adrain were great. Very easy to work with. The showroom made it easy to pick tiles and colors. I was lucky and got the job done before the scheduled length of time they said it would take. The guys cleaned up after the job pretty good. It wasn't cheap but after a few quotes from different companies, they were all around the same but I felt the most comfortable with FLA Pools.

Great experience from beginning to end. Jason, Patrick and their team were professional and they gave us peace of mind how well they constructed the pool. It only took them about 3 months from the start date to finish, they were coming in about every other day, so they were carefully working together and paying attention to detail. The pool came out beautiful, everyday when I wake up and see the pool I’m beyond grateful. Thank you again FLA Pools, I recommend this company to anyone that is serious about getting a well constructed pool.

Anthony, Robert, Pat and the entire FLA Pools crew transformed our 60+ year old Gold Key fiberglass pool into an updated, safe and durable pool for our family to enjoy. This is an experienced, honest and professional group of individuals who do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it. Everyone should do their homework and ask questions but I am willing to recommend this group to anyone who needs work done on their pool. I am sold on FLA Pool's services and I will not use any other contractor for my pool. Great job guys!

Called to request an estimate for resurfacing of my older pool. Pat came to the house, looked around the pool, did the measurements and had a ruff estimate of cost before leaving. 1 week later, I have a beautiful resurfaced pool with new tiles and handrail AND new DE Filter. Exceptional cost!! Excellent customer service, professional staff. I could not have asked for better service. Highly recommend!

The WORST pool company ever. They did a shoddy job, put down sub standard deck tiles & that Eco coating is horrible, they had to come back & redo, now it's peeling off. They are no longer in business, but they have opened a new pool company under a different name. No worries though, because Karma will get you in the end

We needed to get a pool inspection done before purchasing a pool home. Pat came out to inspect the pool for us on a Sunday. I couldn’t have asked for a more knowledgeable person to set our minds at ease of what was causing the pool to loose water. This is our first pool home and Pat covered so much information on how to maintain our pool and simple things to make our first pool a great experience. Pat also gave us information on future things that would be needed to keep our pool in order. So I am sure when that time comes we will definitely be contacting FLA Pools again to do some work o…

Fla pool inc finished installing my pool in October of 2020. My pool tiles have been falling out since 2023 been calling and leaving messages no one has reached out to us about what to do. Very disappointed in the quality of my pool . This retirement dream has turned into a nightmare. Just today I found 3 more tiles in bottom of the pool. I probably has lost 30 so far .
