We bought a house that Focal built in 2020 and have been extremely happy with both the quality of the house and the quality of their customer service. In the first year that we lived here we had some minor issues that they addressed quickly and thoroughly. We thought about adding a pool and pool house and they came out to do a quote. Although we ended up not going that route they were extremely professional and honest with us regarding costs and timelines. I will recommend Focal to everyone! We love our well-made and well-designed house by Focal!

Focal DevelopmentGroup, overall, did a great job converting our garage into living space. Thay worked hard to make sure we had the space ready by the time extended family arrived for Thanksgiving. Their price was fair and they gave us the benefit of any disagreements that arose (few). They oversaw the subcontractors well and sided with us when there were discrepancies (few). We are so glad that we selected Focal Building Group to build our custom house! We were looking to build our dream house and longterm home to raise our family in and therefore we had a lot of specific wishes and ideas. And what can I say - they were able to deliver! Focal worked with our wishlist and by adding their own expertise were able to give input that we hadn't yet considered. As expected, building a custom home is challenging, but they always kept us in the loop and took time to address our questions or concerns. We used Focal to covert the space above our garage into to a bonus space and conditioned storage. They were great to work with as kept us informed every step of the way. We really enjoyed working with them and recommend them for remodeling projects. Additionally if you’re looking to build a new home they have built some wonderful homes in our neighborhood.
