We hired Premier Pools & Spas in Portland, OR expecting a professional, turn-key pool project. That is not what we received. We relied on them to be the subject matter experts, they are not. If you choose to use this company, be prepared to manage the project yourself and do not rely on them for anything beyond installing the pool shell. We were shown polished renderings and told the project would take 6–8 weeks. Ground was broken in September and construction was not completed until February, nearly five months later. we love it! recommend doing saltwater. Waterrite sprinklers and landscaping out of camas really made it all come together also. all the sub- contractors they use did a great job too. permits take ~ 60 days in vancouver so start today!

We had an incredible experience with Premier Pool. From the first consultation to the final walkthrough, everything was handled with care and professionalism. They truly listened to what we wanted and delivered a beautiful pool that completely transformed our backyard. The crew was friendly, clean, and respectful of our property. Aaron assisted in directing our design choices and showed extraordinary patience with our numerous modifications. From the very beginning, they’ve been incredibly responsive—answering questions, guiding us through the investigation phase, and genuinely taking the time to help us understand the process.
