I can’t say enough great things about the experience that I had with Four Seasons! I’ve been stressed about getting our in-ground pool liner replaced for the last 2 years and have talked to several companies that made it seem like rocket science. Not Four Seasons! I walked in and Nikoa helped me select a liner and walked me through their process in less than 30 minutes. My liner was perfectly ordered, timely and it’s gorgeous! We had a crack in the skimmer. Only my 2nd google review ever but figure it's worth letting people know how unprofessional the owner is. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Hired to open my pool this year and couldn't be a worse experience. When called, the owner was as rude as could possibly be. Have had a pool for years with zero issues from any company until had them out. Unfortunate because they have a store front down the road but will happily drive to Pool King where the service and staff are exceptional. We had a pool motor freeze up and four seasons was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. We were up and running again within hours of reaching out to them. Not only did they sell us the replacement part but they guided us through how to install the new one. We would highly recommend this local company!!

Four Seasons Pool has a computerized water testing system that makes it easy to maintain your pool. I use test strips at home for general testing. But if my pool starts to have issues like getting cloudy or green, I take a water sample into Four Seasons to be tested. They identify what chemicals are needed, how much of each and the proper order and timing of applying the fix. They make it really easy to have a beautiful and healthy/safe pool.

Prior to the Wentzville location opening for the 2026 season, I called the St. Charles location looking for Pentair o-ring that I could not find a part number for in any online or written materials. Nikoa took my call and said they would research it for me. They found the part # and had it in stock. She indicated that I could pick it up when ready. I stated that I live really close to the Wentzville location and would rather get it at that store when they open in April. I am a pressure washer and get my SH from here. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Even met the owner once and was very nice. Would highly recommend 4 seasons.

Four Seasons has the worst customer service in the business. They don’t stand behind their work and believe that once they leave the house they aren’t responsible for anything. They broke the plumbing attached to my pump when opening my pool and then strung me along for 2 weeks telling me that I was to blame. Jesse said that people who live in Wildwood aren’t worth his time and effort, even though they are the ones that confirmed they service our area. The “owner” answers the phone as the “service manager” instead so he doesn’t have to back his business. If I were a pool owner in St Louis or…
