Year or so ago. Terrible experience. Half cocked repair for leaks in floor system (winter plugs and AB epoxy). Complained left and right about this and that as far as the work went with condition accusations despite willingness to show test paperwork. Belittled and argued with their lower employees that were on site at the time. Was a nightmare to even schedule with.

Built in the 60s, the concrete walls had a fiberglass lining attached in the mid 90s that, by 2015, had begun to peel off. I had a half dozen pool companies stop by to give me their bids to remove the fiberglass and restore the concrete walls. Half of these outfits gave me a resounding “we don’t touch fiberglass pools” and quickly left.
