I chose Freedom Pools based on a number of highly respected recommendations from friends and acquaintances. They have been wonderful to work with. John is the owner and He always answers my calls. I really appreciated having direct communication with the owner. He has addressed every concern that I have had. The pools comes with a 3 year warranty. The quality you get with Freedom Pools is top notch. I had a large scale project which took longer to complete but it was worth the wait. Do NOT sign the waiver. Construction of our next-door neighbors' pool began Sept 2022. We were asked to sign a waiver to allow Freedom Pools to take down a portion of our gate and fence. Freedom then asked to disassemble one of our vegetable garden boxes. The Freedom rep told me something to the effect of, "Don't worry, I do this all the time. Everything will look the same when we're done." Pool construction took months due at least in part to the rainy winter. Just starting my pool. So far I'm pleased with how everything is going. Update. My pool is complete and I couldn't be happier. Construction took a bit longer then expected but I'm okay with that. I know timing with subs and inspections can cause delays. We went with the Altima quartz by wet edge and we really like it. LED lights look great at night. Overall I would recommend freedom pools.

I will say the process took a little longer than expected but that's the construction field.Communication wasn't always the best but in the end things were always handled.I want to thank you John, Rita,Ron, and the rest of the people that work for Freedom pools.The end result was very amazing and we are very happy with the pool. The grandkids love it .

Freedom pools is the most horrible company in the world. I’m truly hoping they went out of business. I could write a book of what all went wrong. The owner nor his son took accountability for damaged property,construction workers leaving beer cans and pizza boxes in our yard, to horrible communication, and not meeting deadlines. I had a friend who I begged to use someone else which they did almost two months after us and theirs was finished 2 months before ours. I highly recommend their services and affordable. With awesome pool designs and breathtaking waterfall. So if your looking to take a dip in something COOL and fashionable. Freedom pools is the way to go.

They added an unground spa to my existing pool and did a great job. John and his team were fabulous!
