Forever home! Originally when we bought our home we assumed it would be a starter and we’d eventually have to upgrade to a bigger house. Phil and G&M Construction did an incredible job in my home: They took a half bath that was in terrible shape and transformed it into a beautiful, modern full bathroom, adding a shower in a space where other contractors told me the design I wanted wouldn't be possible. They also replaced an old and deteriorating deck as well as the roofing beneath it, completed two rooms worth of flooring, replaced missing baseboards, added new light fixtures, and fixed many banged up walls to make them look brand new. Fantastic job by G+M! Great crew and workmanship. Started when they scheduled to and completed on time! Phil came to the site daily to check on all aspects of the addition as well as all the renovation work. Highly recommend them!

G&M construction took care of our foundation work that no one else wanted to handle and they rebuilt an exterior wall that was badly damaged by termites. Our renovation was completed in a timely fashion and the new siding, soffits, gutters, and front entry door make our fixer of a house look brand new. Phil and his crew replaced our cracked concrete driveway with a beautifully expanded asphalt driveway that now fits two cars. We love it! There is nothing like going from an eyesore on the block to the envy of the neighborhood. Thanks G&M Construction!

Great experience with Phil and his team. I used him to figure out where my roof was leaking and another smaller project. The location of the leak was found and repaired very quickly! Will definitely be using again in the future. Very trustworthy and reliable.
