We had a great experience while working with Richie for removing our 30+ years old pool. The side entrance to our home is small for required bobcat to fit in. When we first contacted Richie, he was quick to respond and accommodated us within 3 weeks of initial discussion. He ensured to get the permits quickly and identified the common fence between us and our neighbors that had to be removed to allow bobcat to fit in. We needed to remove our old in-ground pool as we could no longer control the algae and needed to replace the water. I got a quote from Richie and one other contractor in Concord for buildable removal, but decided to go with Richie even though his quote came in a little higher.
