We hired GL Pools in November 2023 to maintain the pool, spa, water rill, and fountain at our Carmel Valley vacation home, explicitly because we are only on-site every 2–3 months and needed a company that would be our “eyes and ears.” For this, we have paid materially more than competing services ($4.5-5K/year) plus thousands of dollars in extra clean-ups over time. We switched to GL pools several months ago. It has been the most wonderful experience and best decision we made for our pool service and weekly cleaning. They are responsive, respectful, honest, knowledgeable, friendly and really take the time to answer your questions and explain things in detail. Very good pricing too! Brandon came out from GL Pools to repair a broken out put pipe on our filter system and unclog our vacuum line. He diligently worked on the clog and replaced the broken pipe that was in the back of my filter. He was very detailed on his work and double checked that everything was operating correctly before cleaning up and leaving. GL Pools is very lucky to have such a good employee.

I originally hired GL Pools while I was preparing to move from Maryland to San Diego on military PCS orders. Because I was still across the country, I appreciated their friendly communication and willingness to help get the pool ready before we arrived.
