DO NOT HIRE this company! They have the worst customer service, they either do not answer texts or phone calls or they just take a very long time to respond. I hired them to install an auto fill system and plaster my pool. They were scheduled to begin the project in October of 2021, that was delayed, they "finished" in the end of April of 2022. We are still having problems with the auto fill and a possible leak, this is after the autofill system had to be replaced. Poor quality outcome! Had my pool resurfaced by Sol Pacific and as the picture show, the outcome was less than satisfactory… Rather than a straight waterline curves, up and down throughout the pool… They informed me” there is no expectation of a straight waterline”!!! Unbelievable, from a poor company… If you’re looking for quality workmanship, you should look somewhere else!

UPDATED: GOOD PEOPLE, POOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT Update 2022-06-30: After I posted the original one-star review, the owner, Marcus, finally put some attention on our project and resolved things to our satisfaction. A "no-drain acid wash" took care of the white residue, and the water quality has since been rebalanced by the owner's brother, Justin. I also learned our original "project manager" has left the company. Upping from one star to three. Would I recommend Sol Pacific? We have had a terrible experience with Sol pacific pool. Pool has been drained 2 additional times in the 6 weeks it’s been completed dude to issues with the plaster. Spent $100k on a pool we can’t use from a company with terrible customer service and no communication. Once they take your money they don’t care how the pool turns out.

Without reservations Marcus and his team are the best. Marcus came out to inspect for leaks and identified every problem quickly and accurately. His staff worked efficiency and in a timely fashion and were very courteous. I cannot stress enough how amazing everybody was from beginning to end. Many thanks.

Had damage done by a pool cleaning company to our NEW Black bottom pool, called Sol Pacific Pools they immediately cam out same day and accessed the damage and are working hard at helping us find a solution to restore our pool. These guys are the real deal do not hesitate to hire them!!!!
