We are so glad we switched our pool service to McKinney’s! They are dependable, customer-focused, and truly reliable. Our pool has never looked better. Our technician, Junior, consistently does an outstanding job and is always professional and courteous. McKinney Pool service has great communication. Seth and his team are very responsive and helpful if anything comes up they reply very promptly. Their rates are very reasonable and the services provided have been fantastic! Our pool and infinity spa have been well taken care of. Highly recommend! In fact I just recommended them to a a friend!

McKinney’s Pool Services was a great find! Every person I communicated with was incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional - from original inquiry w/ Seth to our tech visit w/ Sean. Sean communicated with great knowledge and a willingness to explain even the smallest of details to me. He also offered to answer questions I had beyond the visit, if needed. In a world where honest, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service is hard to find, Sean and McKinney’s is living it out. They’ve exceeded all expectations. I 100% recommend McKinney’s Pool Services!

After several terrible pool service companies over the last ten years, I finally decided to choose a reputable company. At first I was wary of the price for the service, but I’m so glad I got over it. McKinney’s has taken care of my pool needs very well. They send a weekly report with photos for transparency and are responsive to calls and questions in a timely fashion every time. My tech’s name is Bobby and lets me know of any issues he encounters. I highly recommend using them if you’re tired of other unreliable folks!

Buying a house with a pool was my wife's idea as I was worried about the upkeep and maintenance of a pool. With McKinney's Pool Service, the hassle of keeping the water in top order is gone and all we need to do is swim and enjoy. Robert, our pool guy, is great to work with and answers any of our questions. My mindset has changed, love having the pool. We get a full report each week with photos included.
