We hired Gold Medal to replaster our large pool with mini-Peebletec majestic isle. Our pool was in chlorine lock and badly in need of replastering when we purchased our new home. I highly recommend Gold Medal Pools when it comes to a pool remodeling project. Tony is an amazing sales man and takes a different approach than most. I really appreciate his attention of detail as we bought this house with a 2003 built pool. The last homeowners did all the maintenance on it and you can tell it was there and not cared for. With the help of Tony we revived this pool from old dingy look to its true modern glory. Tony pass off to the project manager Cliff was great! We had Gold Medal Pools design and build our dream backyard. From the very start they were friendly and open to hearing what we wanted. The whole process was so smooth and really we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our pool was completed in 3 months and Gold Medal made sure we were happy with everything along the way. We had a fantastic experience with Gold Medal Pools from start to finish! The entire process was quick and easy, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Ridge was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout, always making sure everything went smoothly and keeping us informed every step of the way. The construction team did a great job as well. Ridge was wonderful to work with. He really listened to what we wanted and designed a pool and pergola that not only fit our yard perfectly, but also matched our style and gave us exactly what we wanted. Keith, our project manager, was attentive, responsive, and communicative every step of the way. We always knew what was happening and felt well taken care of throughout the entire process. I can’t say enough good things about this whole experience. They made building a pool every bit as fun as it should be!

Current customer and a disappointed one. They have the expertise and the sale but follow thru is another story. Rank bad.i have had 10+ service people revolving door in and out and they don’t talk to one another. At one point I had 4 separate approval request and one messed up the work of the other. I have had 9K worth of repairs - replace pump-heater, lights, drain-rehydrate and every week there’s a new issue. They charge to come look and the invoices for approvals pile up and this is beyond the 300/month maintenance. If you have me spend 9-10K the least you can do is give me a single point…

If I could give zero stars I would. We initially had an awesome tech, Jeremy. He got promoted. Then we went through 5 techs who either don’t know how to clean, put chemicals in properly, left the pool in service mode…went through several techs within a year. Complaint after complaint. I fired them. Too bad, because originally they were an awesome company & now they are horrible.

They helped our (late, RIP) friend get from green to clean, & our friend was incredibly "difficult" re: pricing, so Gold Medal had the best quote out of many to others received to replace a pump & get our friend from green to clean. They probably replaced some other parts on her old system, can't recall exaclty what else the replaced, but it's all working great now. I've known about Gold Medal for over 10 years, seeing their work in Prosper @ new homes, so I know they're legit.

Does not answer the phone at all what so ever… I’ve called numerous times and even from different phones and nothing .. very unprofessional..
