We had several companies out to choose for our pool design and build. RBS has an impeccable reputation and they exceeded that in Eric Norris designing a pool with my wife’s concepts always forefront, to the build where RBS has standards beyond anyone else in the industry. Francisco and Daniel made sure we were well taken care of during the build, even when I had questions beyond the norm since I work from home and watched the entire process. Highly recommend!

Riverbend Sandler designed and built our swimming pool based on our needs. It is everything we wanted. We use them for weekly pool service (cleaning and checking the equipment). They also clean the filter when needed. Response time to any communication from us is quick and resolute. My only complaint is that we picked travertine for our decking and were not told that each wet spring season, the ground might swell/shift and displace some of the stones. We keep having to use mason workers every year to address the issue. It would have been nice to know this was a possibility in advance.

We built a backyard pool with Riverbend and had a great experience. Victor Ramirez designed the pool for us. He was very patient walking us through the process, choose of materials, and came up with a design that is better than we initially imagined. He is knowledgable and his choice of design elements (e.g., lights, bubblers, desk jets, etc) all turned out great! His design of the pool with the deck and other concrete work around the house really transformed the look and our living experience! Riverbend Sandler was a pleasure to work with. We waited a very long time to confirm everything we wanted. Matt/Sales was extremely patient and made numerous changes with a smile. Eventually, we signed a contract for them to build a pool and everything transitioned to Francisco/Proj Mgmt. That transition was seamless. And then the construction process, oh my, flawless. Groundbreaking to water in the pool took 7 weeks and 1 day! Unbelievable really. Overall, we couldn't be more pleased with this team. And we are extremely happy with our pool. BUYER BEWARE! I had to file a consumer complaint against Riverbend Sandler Pools regarding the construction of a residential swimming pool. Despite repeated good-faith efforts to resolve issues directly with the company, numerous significant defects and management failure issues remain unresolved. My pool was "finished" in December 2025! Riverbend Sandler Pools failed to deliver work consistent with the written contract and professional standards. Few things to give praises I moved here originally in 1996. Had several pool companies bid. We chose Riverbend. The pool was incredible. I moved back here in March of 2026 and once again had four companies bid. Riverbend was not the cheapest but we chose them again largely because of the work they did in 96. Tom Epting is an absolute gem with Riverbend, as is his team. From the pool’s completion, Tom guided us to truly understand the pool and how it works, and his team takes care of us throughout the weekly cleaning process. When we had an issue outside of cleaning, his team responded immediately. Amazing
