My initial review was 1 star due to significant issues, but after those were addressed during a follow-up visit, I moved it to a 2. I feel it's important to share that I was strongly encouraged to remove that first review. I'm now at three stars because the final workmanship and customer service have proven to be acceptable. It is not a bad business. There initial performance was substandard, though they did eventually address the issues after I pointed them out. In my opinion workmanship should be at its best initially. 33 days and counting for outdoor kitchen consisting of a sink, several drawer accessories and cabinet doors. extremely poor communication, Chris the project manager doesn't return my calls and no update on progress, doesn't check on the workers. It failed city inspection and he refuse to handle the issues ("I didn't request them to look at those things"). Potential Methane gas leaking back through drain, no weep holes in the brick, gas line at difficult angle, no caulking, and take a look at the photo (the sink plumbing is held up by a pvc pipe and block of wood in attempt to keep the angle …
