How refreshing!! Finally a pool service technician that we can trust and count on! Brandy not only is detail oriented with the routine needs of pool service but is especially knowledgeable in solving problems that have come up for us that are a bit more challenging. He repaired faulty jets in our jacuzzi which are now working better than they ever have! Our pool cover came off its track and we were not able to open or close it. Vision pool service saved our pool!! Our pump broke and the pool hadn’t been maintained properly and the water turned completely green. We couldn’t even see to the bottom of the first step. It took several weeks, but Brandyn was committed to restoring our pool and getting the chemical levels back to normal. He spent a lot of time treating the water and cleaning the walls and bottom of the pool. He talked us through things we could do when he wasn’t there to help maintain the progress. Our pool (and equipment) is now fully functioning and sparkling clear! So happy with this company!

Brandyn and Vision Pool Services is the best pool company that I have ever had the pleasure working with. Very professional, on time, very responsive. Always goes the extra mile. Great company and great person in Brandyn. If you have a pool you need to use him.
