I wanted to write a review because I am so pleased with my pool deck project (repair & renewal!). Working with Joey at Great Falls Pool was a great experience. He provided us a variety of options on how to tackle the project which gave us more possibilities than we thought me might have. I really appreciated how he was quick to address questions and always followed through on what he said he would do. Project always stayed on track and now we have a fantastic looking pool area! The team at Great Falls pools is extremely professional and they deliver exceptional customer service! Joey runs amazing business and they did a stunning job on our pool remodel, we also use them for our other properties and they do an excellent job with the maintenance, opening and closing of the pools! Frankie is an excellent technician. I highly recommend them.

They sent out a flyer saying they do pool renovations. When I called to get a quote they took my name and address and then proceeded to tell me they are not interested in taking on new clients.
