Greencare did an excellent job constructing my pool and landscaping for my entire back yard. They created our own little backyard paradise. I was impressed with the amount of information they provided to explain the process and what to expect. They completed my pool build and landscaping in four months which I thought was excellent considering all the frustrating stories I heard from neighbors who went through this construction process using other companies. Greencare was the right choice for me! I got estimates from four pool companies. I had a good vibe at my first meeting with Daniel. It was a very relaxed atmosphere with no pressure. He was very personable and listened to all of my ideas. I told him my vision and he created a video rendering. During the process of my pool build (and backyard) everything went smooth. Greencare did an amazing job on our backyard landscape and pool! They designed a beautiful yard and pool at an affordable price! Everyone was amazing including Becky, Jeremy, and Steve. Everyone we interacted with were always polite, informative, and ready to assist. I especially want to thank all of the hard workers that were outside everyday in the hot sun building our beautiful backyard! They were always courteous, friendly to our family and respectful of our property and our neighbors! The whole construction team was amazing and we are so pleased with our new backyard and pool!

I wish I had a positive outcome to share, but unfortunately, I don't. Overall, I'm excited to have completed the project and to have a pool for the summer, but GreenCare has serious communication issues they need to address with their customers. A few things to note: First, be prepared to manage your own punch list and stay on top of it. We still haven't received the light control for our pool, which was finalized last August. Second, I would not recommend using them for any landscaping needs; they don't install weed block, which can be a major problem in the desert Southwest. And finally, doc…

Greencare.Net has turned our backyard, which was filled with 10 years of totally neglected care that gave rise to unsightly growth with weeds and overgrown vegetation, into a place of beauty and aesthetic appeal. UPDATE: The owner reached out 2 months ago and told me that I would be in contact within a couple of days. 2 months. And I haven’t heard a single thing. And have tried reaching out to Justin again. Nothing . It’s been over four months since he came to my house for a quote. I would never recommend or use this company, if they are having a hard time getting me a quote imagine the headache of trying to deal with them to get a pool done ! Or imagine if any issues arise!
