Griffin built our pool three years ago, and they did a great job! The process was easy and they always responded to our emails/calls quickly. Last week, I had an issue with the pool deck and though it was no longer under warranty, they took care of my problem quickly and responded to all my emails within 24 hours. I highly recommend this company if you are looking to build a pool; they stand behind their work long after construction is complete.

The name and reputation says it all about Griffin Pools. They are a premier company that follows through on everything I requested during my build. They started my pool exactly when they said and completed in a timely manner. The owner and his wife are heavily involved with updating on the schedules and also very involved with the build itself. Very pleased with the end result, and would only use them if I had to do another build.

Griffin pools did a renovation on our pool-new surface-tile and decking. They did an amazing job!!! Finished three weeks early. Guys were awesome and respectful. Larry and Michelle were a pleasure to work with! If you are looking to refresh your pool or build a new one these are the guys to consider.

Griffin Pools were wonderful to work with! From designing the pool to completion Michelle and Tabatha kept me updated the entire time. We did not want a standard designed pool and the design team worked with us to come up with the perfect pool for us. They answered all my questions quickly and calmed any concerns I had. In 2021, a very kind man, Paul, came and gave me an estimate for a pool. I agreed to the install for $70,000, they started in July, and it was a bit of a rough go with the workers and foreman, but they finished in November. Since then, the pump broke (thankfully within the 3 year warranty), the heater broke twice, the salt cell broke, the concrete chipped, and the lights are broken (all of these outside of warranty). We had a pool put in about three years ago with a paver deck. Our paver deck is very uneven over half the deck space. I reached out to Griffin several times with no response. Disappointed about that as we have had a good experience up to this point. We are now seeking a paver company to come out and correct the original work. We will also be paying for this ourselves which doesn’t seem right to me. The company that installed the pavers for Griffin installed pavers we didn’t order and then tried to talk us in to keeping them, should have realized at that point their interest was not in our best…
