We got prices from Jason and another company. Jason’s design used the current landscape into the design of the pool. Our view from the upper deck was just what we were looking for. Subs paid attention to detail and were easy to work with. Great Job!

Jason did a great job finishing our pool. Unfortunately we started off with another pool contractor who was dishonest and left us holding the bag. Jason stepped in and did a great job taking us across the finish line. His pricing was reasonable, he was responsive throughout the project, and has kept in touch after the project. We were very grateful for the professional and respectful way in which he conducted himself to get our project completed. We have enjoyed our pool now for just over a year - it is wonderful.

I wish I could rate Grotto beyond 5 starts because they truly deserve an above and beyond rating for the above and beyond quality and professionalism they exhibit. We went under contract with them after making a poor choice in pool contractors who did not follow through on work promised. Grotto came into what we thought was a hopeless situation, and offered us hope and solutions. They quickly took charge to understand our needs and expectations and followed through on each and every detail. The way Jason communicates is what anyone who is investing in a pool would want. After talking to 20 different builders and feeling like we weren’t getting anywhere because of time, budget, design. We found Grotto Pools Designs, Jason went the extra mile to help design, sort out what we didn’t need and what should get to have a nice, efficient pool. From start to finish everything was on time if not early. Everyone that came out was friendly and professional. Any question I had was answered. Final product was exactly what I was looking for. If we ever move and I’ll will use him again to build another pool.

You know what I love - I get every home that goes on the market sent to me daily and look thru so I know the inventory and still say - well our pool is way better than that!! Lol!! Thanks again Jason for being creative!!

We are going on 13 months with an unfinished pool. Our contract stated 5 months, one of the main reasons we decided to use him. We trusted his word. Jason has been to our house maybe 6-7 times, mainly to pick up large checks. There have been months that went by with no communication. My husband is the only one onsite when subs are there. Keep in mind many of the contractors do not speak English. I believe Jason is using our money to finish other people’s pools. If the pool is completed, I will happily change my review.
