Harbour Pools and Spa did a great job with my large 18,800 gallon free formed pool. I'm very particular and they addressed my concerns. You know artisans work when the pool light is on and the contours are smooth and uniform.

If I could give them a -1, I would!!!! I want to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. This company estimated my pool resurfacing would take about one month—it ended up taking over 4 months, and that was with me constantly following up just to keep things moving. The pool light is defective and has actually fallen out of the wall - beyond a simple repair. The light fixture is secured by a single screw, but the area in the wall where it mounts has completely deteriorated. There is no longer any solid material for the screw to anchor into, which is why the light has alre…

This is the deal folks harbour pools resurfaced my pool and I couldn't be more pleased with the comunication the level of professional experience they had during this process. I would highly recommend Aaron and George for all your pool needs. Clean courteous professional. Felt comfortable leaving my home to go to work and knowing they were taking care of my pool. If you have any hesitation about using harbour pools don't. Total satisfaction you won't be sorry you called them also just added a make over which took some time love the look glad it's done. I have interacted with hundreds of contractors over the years including many pool contractors. The vast majority of these interactions turn out unsatisfactory mainly because of poor planning, terrible after completion support, or the all dreaded underbid/need more money. The harbor pool team follows thru on comms quickly, does not over promise, hits their bids, and follows through on warranty work. They are leaps and bound better than their competitors in the areas that really matter. Highly recommend.

George was very helpful in getting us the pool heat pump we wanted and getting it all set up. He was quick to respond, and great with following up with us afterward when we had questions. Highly recommended!
