Service was great. Opening crew did a great job. Justin is very responsive to servicec requestsand listening to customers. Janet is doing a super job lining out office operations, billing and schedules even answering calls while on vacation. Keep up the good work!

We have used this company since 2019 and service had been decent but average, 3-star, until this year. They also built our pool. This year we had them open our pool as we usually do on April 1st. First, the salt level is at 9900 which is 3x the amount it should be. Thus, they put in way too much salt and then charged me for it. The salt cell has since went out which is no coincidence and the pool is turning green. I requested a bid for a pool heater, salt cell cleaning, and PVC pipe repair. The company quoted a Pentair MasterTemp 250K BTU heater (model EC-462026) at $4,549.73. That unit retails for $3,449-$3,509 from multiple online suppliers. The total estimate was $5,224.73 including labor. I replied asking four things: (1) to add a pool opening to the estimate, which I'd understood was included, (2) for the heater price to be more competitive given the $1,000+ gap over retail, (3) for a quote on the 400K BTU model, which is better suited to my 21,000-gallon pool, and (4) for the cost to replace the …
