Dave Hall does not keep his commitments. He was hired to build a pool in my backyard. He is full of excuses, dishonest and unethical. First it took months for him To submit plans to the city for review and permitting. Every week he told me it will be done and yet the weeks kept rolling on to months. He has not kept any of his commitments and I still do not have a pool. In at least one instance he intentionally purchased twice the materials necessary for the job and then took the materials home with him. Worst experience with a so-called contractor in my 35 years of business. Dave the owner will lie to your face. He took 12 months to finish the pool and spa and said he would be done in 4 months. One huge mistake after another. He Hired only weekend help and they think he is a joke also. He has some sort of mental problem that makes it almost impossible to communicate with him. The owners are so frustrated with him that they will not allow him back on the property. Run away from this so-called contractor or you will regret it as I have. Steve Santa Rosa.
