Great experience building with Brodie and his crew. We had a sports pool, hot tub and water feature put in our backyard. He always showed up when he said. Used quality products and built a great pool.Brodie has answered all our questions and service has been great. Would definately use them again.

Brodie and his guys did great. They had some delays in equipment due to covid, but were upfront on all of them and when to expect them. The pool is great, a great value and these guys really know their stuff. I laughed at some of the responses when reading the reviews because none of the negativity has anything to do with the value or quality of their work. I took near double digit bids for our pool and no one comes close to knowing their stuff as these guys.

After looking into pool companies in the area we decided on Natural Hot Springs Pool & Spa. We are very happy that we chose them. They not only provided us with the best customer service and quality, but Ken, Brodie, Bob and Romero are genuinely great people. The pool they built for us is exceptional! Their customer service and follow up was top notch.

We had them put in our pool and spa a few years ago. They did a great job with the installation. The pool and custom water feature are beautiful. We love using both the pool and built in spa . Their customer service has been horrible however. They rarely return calls. It is like pulling teeth to get them to come look at anything. We have resorted a couple of times to calling the owner directly, which will usually get us some sort of response, but then they disappear again. Love the pool. Not impressed with the service.

Called earlier and asked if he could make anything similar to a hot springs and all he replied was “we are not a hot springs” very helpful, thank you.
