I love my new home. Dakota, Bailey, & Ryan were the best. They made the process enjoyable and smooth. They were always available immediately, if not they got back to me within a day. They always made me feel important & that no question was a stupid question. They were helpful in choosing designs & styles when I wasn't sure. I recommend the Ray family for any new home build.

We chose James Ray Construction because they had the house plan we wanted on their website. We were not familiar with their work as we lived out of state, but as we have gone through the process with them we are very happy we chose them to build our new home. They made every step of the process easy. They responded quickly to our questions and requests. The workmanship the sub-contractors did is excellent. Bailey was extremely helpful in helping us with all of the design aspects of the home. This is our forever home, but if it were not, we would definitely use James Ray Construction again.

James Ray Construction built our dream home in 2024 and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. We even won our category in the Parade of Homes. Dakota and Ryan were on top of it and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Bailey was so helpful at picking out all of the finishes and colors. They are all very detail oriented and actually listened to what we wanted. They truly brought our dreams to life. We love our home and would absolutely build with JRC again!!

My husband and I built our dream home in beautiful Kanaka Rapids in Buhl with James Ray Construction. We lived in Meridian during this time and Dakota Ray and his team made this the easiest building process we’ve ever had. (Our third build). Their customer service is UNBEATABLE! Being able to build a custom home from the ground up has been a dream come true. But with James Ray construction and the rest of his team from his project manager to all his subcontractors has made the process extremely easy. We were in another state while we were building our home. Everything was done through Zoom calls text messages a couple in person visits.
