Ron was very nice and professional until I told him things were going wrong with the pool liner. I never heard from him again after many messages. Now my liner is ripped and has large hole in it. I wasted over 6k a year ago and now I am stuck with it.
Imperial pools is the best Ron Evans is the most professional person I have ever met. My old pool liner was taken out and replaced in less than 2 days. It looks beautiful he also returns calls the same day I left a message. He told me to call with any questions he helped me understand the care for an inground liner pool. I would highly recommend Imperial pools and Ron Evans.
