Working with J&M Remodel was great. They were easy to communicate with and were very responsive during the entire kitchen remodel. Our onsite project manager provided timely updates and answered all questions that we had. All of their sub-contractors were respectful of our project. They stayed on time and we moved back in when we expected to. They took our kitchen walls down and opened up the kitchen to the dining room. New wood floors were laid and all new cabinets installed. As an interior designer, I know my design concepts will be executed with the highest level of quality and attention to detail when I hand them over to Justin and his team. It was a great experience working with J&M. They were extremely professional, considerate of both our timeline and budget, and just a pleasure to work with. We engaged J&M early this year (Jan / Feb) and let them know that we were expecting a baby in Aug. They made sure to work backwards from the date to get our extensive bathroom build and remodel done. Our experience with working with J&M Remodel exceeded our expectations and then some! We had our whole house remodeled including the kitchen and bathrooms and from start to finish the crew at J&M were easy to work with-they listened, the work down to the last detail was impeccable and they truly cared about the work they were doing, including staying within budget. J&M is focused on Customer Service and delivering quality service. Ryan, the project lead has exceptional attention to detail and workmanship. He communicated extremely well throughout the extensive remodel. The work involved almost all areas of our home, but the primary remodel areas were the Kitchen and Master Bath. Having worked with J & M Remodel previously, we knew that they are professional/ honest, reliable and excellent craftsmen over a variety of skills and trades. This current project covered demolition, new construction and installation of a new, contemporary living room media and fireplace wall with custom cabinetry, floating shelves and hardwood flooring. J&M completed a shower remodel for us along with a toilet replacement, new floor tile installation and interior painting. The work was of high-quality and the service was professional.
