I was referred to JT’s by a family friend. I reached out for a quotation for my project they were very prompt in responding and coming out to give me a quote. The quote was delivered promptly and was very clear to understand and detailed. They required a reasonable down payment (much better than other contractors that required 50% down, which I would never agree to). We scheduled the day and when we got closer, they reached out to see if we could move the job up a day since the weather forecast would impact the job if we delayed it. We had our driveway and sidewalk replaced on 10/31 along with a couple modifications. The job was done in a day with some cleanup work the next day. The new driveway looks great and we have recieved multiple positive comments. We highly recommend JTs Concrete and would use them again.
BUYER BEWARE! Jts has the best pricing but you get what you pay for. They came to replace driveway, they completely messed it up and decided to change the grading now the driveway floods every time it rains. This never happened before, if they were changing the grading like that without telling me they should have at least added a drain. They want 10000 to fix their own mistake. If you’re thinking about JTs, RUN!
JT's did a great job on a concrete patio. Jimmy worked very closely with us regarding all aspects of the project (size, shape, color, stamp pattern, etc.). Communication was very timely, all work was completed as promised, and everyone on the JT's crew was very friendly, very willing to answer our questions, and the cleanup was excellent. JT's was recommended to me by a neighbor, and I highly recommend them for concrete work that you may be considering!!
Excellent service, had driveway replacement with expansion and new build garage floor, this company knows what it’s doing, the work they did was beyond expectations and best pricing. Would highly recommend.
